The village of Pinar De Campoverde is situated in the South of Spain, close to the Spanish town of Pilar de la Horadada, in an area of outstanding beauty, surrounded by orange & lemon groves and pine forests and adjacent to the Rio Seco Nature Park. In Campoverde there is a wide selection of Bars and Restaurants, Supermarkets and Banks, two swimming pools, and other facilities for everyday needs.
The town of Pilar de la Horadada is 2 miles away, which has a wide range of shops. It is a typical Spanish town and has many Fiestas during the year and there is a weekly Friday evening market which attracts many visitors.
There are 5 excellent golf courses within 30 mins drive, including the world famous La Manga Golf & Country Club, and there is a new golf course under construction at Campoverde.
There are several excellent Blue Flag beaches only ten minutes from Campoverde and the salt lakes at the nearby coast of San Pedro Del Pinatar are home to flamingos throughout the year and other visiting exotic birds.
Campoverde is approximately 15 minutes from the airport of San Javier (Murcia) and 50 minutes from Alicante Airport, with low cost flights available to both from the U.K.

To reserve the property you should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with the appropriate fee or a non returnable deposit of £100. A refundable £100 deposit against breakages/damage must be added to the total payment
Full balance of the booking must be received 30 days prior to start of the rental period. If payment of the balance is not received by the due date, we, the owners reserve the right to give you notice in writing, that the reservation is cancelled and the £100 deposit forfeited.
The client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rental unless we are able to re-let the property. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out full travel insurance that also includes cancellation cover.
The apartment/house will normally be available from 16.00 on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure to allow for cleaning between lets. We will however always try to be as flexible as possible.
Please remember that the apartment/house is strictly non-smoking and pets of any type are not permitted
The E111 form is no longer valid. You will need a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to receive necessary healthcare during a visit to an European Economic Area (EEA) country or Switzerland.
There are a number of specialist and reliable airport transfer companies who operate inexpensive services from the airports to the local resorts, which range from private taxi services to modern coaches, including Resorthoppa , Holiday Taxis and Key Transfers .
