The property is a 3 bed attached house within walking distance of all amenities and 20 minutes walk from the beach at Los Alcazeres on the Mar Menor

Los Alcazares is a typical Spanish town, with a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants, situated in the Costa Calida region of Spain.
The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga.
The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and the warm water of the Mar Menor helps make the town a paradise for bathers and watersports enthusiasts. The mineral-rich waters of the Mar Menor are known for their health-giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times.
Throughout the year, the area offers boundless opportunities for sports and other activities. Golfers will be delighted that no less than seven golf courses can be found within a short drive from the town.
The town is well connected and there are regular flights from many European cities to Murcia/San Javier International Airport, which is only 5-10 minutes drive away and Alicante airport, which is just 1 hours drive.

To reserve the property you should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with the appropriate fee or a non returnable deposit of £100. A refundable £100 deposit against breakages/damage must be added to the total payment
Full balance of the booking must be received 30 days prior to start of the rental period. If payment of the balance is not received by the due date, we, the owners reserve the right to give you notice in writing, that the reservation is cancelled and the £100 deposit forfeited.
The client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rental unless we are able to re-let the property. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out full travel insurance that also includes cancellation cover.
The apartment/house will normally be available from 16.00 on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure to allow for cleaning between lets. We will however always try to be as flexible as possible.
Please remember that the apartment/house is strictly non-smoking and pets of any type are not permitted
The E111 form is no longer valid. You will need a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to receive necessary healthcare during a visit to an European Economic Area (EEA) country or Switzerland.
There are a number of specialist and reliable airport transfer companies who operate inexpensive services from the airports to the local resorts, which range from private taxi services to modern coaches, including Resorthoppa , Holiday Taxis and Key Transfers .
